My Teaching experience includes :

I have been teaching piano privately on a casual basis for about twenty years, giving lessons to primary and secondary school students, as well as adults.

My Band, Ensemble and Performing experience includes:
I have been the pianist for various church and school choirs for more than twenty years. I have also been asked to play at many weddings and special events/functions. In high school, I used to perform regularly at recitals (Girton College Bendigo) as well as take part in competitions (Bendigo Competitions Society).

My Teaching Philosophy
My philosophy is to make learning music interesting and fun, to instill in the students a deep love for music, to encourage creativity and enthusiasm in learning, to inspire them to be motivated to work hard, and to help them build confidence in performing.

What makes you want to be a music teacher?
I love music and enjoy expressing myself through making music and would like to share my passion and help ohers find a sense of fulfilment in the pleasure that being able to play an instrument can bring.

My Favorite Artists, Bands, Composers, Pieces of Music are:
I enjoy a wide variety of music, including classical as well as contemporary. Some of my favourite composers include Vivaldi, Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, Tchaikovsky and Debussy.
